金元欢，1979年入南京大学，1989年获理学博士学位。建设部人居环境委员会特聘专家、浙江大学card区域发展研究所副所长、房地产投资研究所副所长、思源环境与发展研究院院长，并受聘多个大学研究所兼职教授和政府专家顾问，从事原生态景观设计研究、水景设计与治理专业研究20多年，nars自然水景系统创立人和原生态景观规划设计的创导者。

nars自然水景系统能使水体清澈见底，景观生动美丽，可解决目前水景中水体浑浊、发黄变臭的难题。曾主持参加数十项国内外科研项目研究和近百项横向项目开发，发表100多篇论文，8部专著。近年来为国内知名楼盘、城市河道、 生态城市规划、湿地公园、湖泊、水库、水景公园、度假村和众多园林景观水体设计、营造nars自然水景系统，对水景设计、营造和治理有丰富的实践经验。

In 1979, Jin Yuanhuan became an undergraduate student at Nanjin University, he got his master’s degree and doctorate degree in 1986 and 1989. Having studied the environmental field, aquascape design and processing for more than 20 years, Jin is as the directors of some institutes  at  Zhejiang University at present.

As the founder of the NARS (natural aquascape restoration system) technique, Jin has completed many nars projects in china, and also many NARS  projects are being undertaken in different areas. NARS is a new technique to make the water body of rivers and lakes very clear and beautiful. NARS could be used for water body processing in various fields such as urban planning, landscape design, residential quarters and scenic spots etc..
