中环保水务投资有限公司（简称“中环水务”）成立于2003年11月，是中国节能投资公司及其下属企业中国环境保护公司与上海实业控股有限公司及其下属企业上实基建控股有限公司共同投资设立的一家专业从事水务项目投资、建设及运营的中外合资投资公司。公司注册资本拾亿元人民币，双方股东各持股50％。公司经营范围包括投资、建设和运营自来水厂、污水处理厂、管网等城市经营性水务项目等。

General Water of China Company Limited (“General Water of China”) specializes in the investment, development, and management service of water utilities in People’s Republic of China, including water treatment plants, water distribution networks, sewerage works, and sewerage and drainage systems.   Founded in November 2003, the Company is a Sino-foreign joint venture held by China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation (“CECIC”) and Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited (“Shanghai Industrial”). It has RMB 1 billion in registered paid-up capital, with either shareholder owning 50% of the issued shares.
