中法水务投资有限公司（中法水务）由法国苏伊士环境集团和香港新创建集团有限公司合资组成。自20世纪90年代创建以来，中法水务已在中国15个省、巿拥有20家合作企业，业务遍布大江南北，北源吉林省四平、南至海南省三亚、东起上海、西达重庆，投入的资金总额已超过亿元人民币，日供水能力达518万立方米，日市政污水处理能力30万立方米，工业污水处理3.75万立方米，供水人口达1,350万。其业务主要分为四大类型：饮用水处理、城市全方位供水服务、市政污水处理及工业水处理。

Sino French Water Development Company Limited (“SFWD”) is a joint venture established between SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT of France and NWS Holdings Limited of Hong Kong. SFWD began making inroads into Mainland China in the early 1990s and now operates 20 joint ventures in 15 municipalities in China. With a total investment of over RMBbillion, the company provides drinking water services to around 13.5 million inhabitants. Its facilities produce 5,180,000 m3/d of water and treat 300,000 m3/d of municipal sewage and 37,500 m3/d of industrial wastewater. These 20 joint ventures spread throughout China, North to Siping in Jilin, South to Sanya in Hainan, East to Shanghai and West to Chongqing, and are classified into four types: water production, full services, municipal sewage treatment services and industrial wastewater treatment services.
