7.结果与讨论
(1)絮凝气浮法能有效的去除淀粉废水中的悬浮物、降低废水CODcr,同时能获得较高的蛋白饲料回收率。
(2)絮凝剂的投加比例以及投加量对CODcr的去除率有很大的影响,在工程运行实践中如果能够更精确确定絮凝剂的最优投加比和投加量,不仅可以得到更好的出水水质,而且能够减少运行费用,提高经济效益。
(3)UASB运行过程中,可以通过出水回流调节pH值在产甲烷菌的适宜范围内,节省了投加石灰调节pH值的运行费用。
(4)厌氧菌对温度比较敏感,在温度较低时,活性降低甚至死亡,因此冬季运行时需对UASB反应器进行加温,可以利用反应器产生的沼气作为能源提供UASB所需的温度,使资源得到充分利用。
(5)由于出水水质较好,可对出水进行深度处理,处理水可回用于厂区绿化、浇洒道路以及厕所杂用水。

[Abstract]:Potato
starch industry brings high concentration organic wastewater, it mainly contain
sugar、protein、cellulose
and fat etc. The coagulation air flotation-UASB-SBR technique has been applied
to treat the wastewater at a starch industry company in Yunnan proveince. The
treatment results show : among which the content of CODcr = 12000 mg/L,BOD5
=6400 mg/L, SS= 800~1400
mg/L, The quality of treated water is up to the decreedⅠdischarge
standard of GB8978-96. In the meantime, it could recover the feedstuff and
Methane, and have a good economic benefit.
